Influencer Marketing & Client Servicing ExecutiveLocation: Andheri/Ghatkopar, Mumbai. | On-SiteExperience: 1–3 years in Influencer Marketing or Client ServicingAbout the roleRun influencer campaigns end-to-end while acting as the main client contact — bridging strategy, execution and reporting.About Genesis:(Use the same Genesis blurb as above.)What you’ll doPlan, execute and manage influencer campaigns across platforms.Build influencer lists, negotiate deliverables and manage timelines & budgets.Be the primary point of contact for clients — run client calls and share weekly updates.Create campaign proposals, timelines, cost sheets and SOWs.Track deliverables, manage payments & invoices and prepare post-campaign reports.Coordinate with creative, design and video teams for flawless execution; manage on-ground shoots.Source, maintain and build relationships with vendors, freelancers and agencies.Attend networking events on behalf of the company.Stay on top of trends on Instagram, YouTube and have strong knowledge of social media in general.Maintain influencer rate cards, vendor rosters and negotiate favourable long-term or bulk-deal partnerships.Scout emerging creators and run targeted outreach campaigns to build a fresh talent pipeline across niches.Assist with shoots, campaigns and executions across creative, production and on-ground activations (not limited to just influencer marketing).Tools & platformsGoogle Sheets/Excel, Notion/Airtable, Creator CRMs, Google Drive; basic analytics/reporting tools.What we’re looking for6 months – 3 years’ experience in influencer marketing or client servicing.Strong client-facing & negotiation skills.Excellent organisation, leadership and communication skillsHow to apply:Email — Portfolio with resume is a must.
