Job Title: Practice LeadExperience: 14+ yearsLocation: Greater NoidaWe at Coforge are hiring Practice Lead with the following skillset:Responsibilities:Drive UX strategy and Experience Definition for marquee clients; shape journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, interaction models, and design systems. Establish delivery excellence standards for UX across all engagement’s frameworks, playbooks, templates, governance, and review mechanisms. Partner with DXP (Adobe/Sitecore/Optimizely), Mobility, Modern Frontend, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver integrated experience programs. Build and scale cross-functional pods with UX researchers, product designers, UI designers, content strategists, and design system engineers. Own presales for UX: solutioning, scoping, estimation, client storytelling, proposal creation, and case study development. Evangelize design thinking and customer-centricity across business, engineering, and product stakeholders. Create and maintain reusable assets: design system accelerators, persona libraries, journey templates, accessibility toolkits, and usability testing frameworks. Represent Coforge at client CxO discussions, design councils, industry forums, and partner events. Experience Required:14-20 years of experience in UX, with at least 5+ years leading large teams Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale UX for transformation programs (multi-channel, multi-market, regulated industries preferred). Strong background in UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and design systems. Deep familiarity with omnichannel journeys, total experience, mobile-first experience, and DXP-driven user journeys. Experience working alongside engineering, product, and data teams. Ability to handle ambiguity, build structure, and lead conversations with senior client stakeholders.
