The trainer will design and deliver effective training programs to enhance communication skills for professional and customer-facing roles.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct voice, accent, and pronunciation training sessions for individuals or groupsAssess learners’ current accent and communication gapsTrain on phonetics, intonation, stress patterns, rhythm, and articulationHelp participants develop a neutral/global English accentImprove fluency, clarity, listening skills, and confidenceProvide feedback, evaluations, and progress reportsCustomize training modules based on role requirements (BPO, corporate, leadership, etc.)Use audio/video tools, role-plays, and real-life conversation scenariosMaintain training documentation and attendance recordsRequired Skills & QualificationsExcellent command of spoken EnglishStrong understanding of phonetics and accent neutralizationCertification in Voice & Accent training (preferred)Strong coaching and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage diverse learnersExperience with corporate or customer service training is a plusPreferred ExperienceExperience in BPO, corporate training, or language coachingFamiliarity with international accents (US/UK/Australian)Online training experience (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS tools)Key CompetenciesClear communicationPatience and empathyAnalytical listeningAdaptabilityPresentation and facilitation skills
