OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Benefits Consultant to lead the configuration, governance, and rollout of a global benefits catalogue within SuccessFactors. This role is critical to standardizing benefits eligibility, cost transparency, and employee experience across multiple countries.You will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate benefits setup, reporting, and ongoing governance. This is a contract role with strong potential for extension, offering flexibility for on-site or fully remote engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and manage SuccessFactors EC Benefits, including a global benefits catalogue covering medical, life, disability, voluntary benefits, flexible benefits, company car, taxable benefits-in-kind, and annual leave with country-specific variationsDesign and implement benefit entitlement, election, contribution, opt-out, and alternative benefit structuresSet up and maintain benefit cost configurations (unit rate and percentage-based models) for annual renewals and premium updatesEnable and manage dependents, life events, and annual enrollment, integrating benefits with onboarding and core HR workflowsDefine and execute eligibility rules by country and employee population; ensure mandatory data capture and resolve data gapsEstablish reporting and analytics for benefits participation, payroll and pension contributions, fleet changes, and total rewards cost visibilityOwn and define the benefits governance model, including maintenance ownership, SLAs, renewals, life events, and change managementIdentify and mitigate risks related to data quality, timelines, premiums, and budgets, with robust testing prior to go-liveCoordinate delivery milestones including catalogue build, eligibility mapping, reporting, testing cycles, and Phase 1 go-livePartner with internal communications teams to support employee-facing materials (FAQs, intranet updates, user guidance)RequirementsMinimum 6 years of experience in HRIS / HR Technology rolesAt least 3 years of hands-on experience configuring SuccessFactors EC Benefits across multiple countriesProven experience delivering large-scale benefits implementations, including eligibility rules, life events, and annual enrollmentStrong understanding of contribution models, payroll and pension integrations, and benefits cost reportingExperience establishing governance frameworks, managing change, and overseeing vendorsAdvanced data analysis, validation, and testing skills with a focus on data qualityExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related fieldSuccessFactors EC certifications preferredSkillsSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Benefits Configuration, Global Benefits Catalogue Management, Eligibility Rules, Life Events & Annual Enrollment, Benefits Cost Modeling, Payroll & Pension Integration, HRIS Data Analysis, Reporting & Analytics, Benefits Governance, Change Management, Vendor Management, Multi-country HR Systems, Stakeholder Communication.ANP
