Role SummaryThe Mathematics & Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for training students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and mathematical concepts required for competitive exams, campus placements, and skill development programs.Key Responsibilities1. Training DeliveryConduct interactive sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Basic/Advanced Mathematics.Teach concepts such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, data interpretation, etc.Deliver classroom, online, or blended learning sessions using effective teaching methodologies.2. Content DevelopmentPrepare lesson plans, practice worksheets, question banks, and mock tests.Design relevant examples, shortcuts, and problem-solving techniques.Update training content based on exam trends and student requirements.3. Student Assessment & SupportConduct assessments, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student performance.Provide personalized guidance, doubt-clearing, and performance improvement feedback.Track progress and identify learning gaps to ensure targeted intervention.4. Curriculum & Program SupportAssist in designing new training modules and structured learning paths.Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with desired outcomes.Support test preparation activities for campus recruitment and competitive exams.5.
