Copains was built with a vision to create a people-first organization.Position Overview: We are looking for highly enthusiastic Oracle Cloud HCM Interns (Functional & Technical) to join our Oracle Practice. This program is designed to transform fresh talent into industry-ready Oracle HCM Cloud consultants through a structured training curriculum, real-time project exposure, and ongoing mentorship from senior experts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term career in HR Technology, Cloud Consulting, and Enterprise Solutions. Key Responsibilities:Functional Oracle HCM Intern ● Assist in configuring Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting & other modules ● Support requirement gathering, documentation, and functional design preparation ● Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and validate configurations ● Assist in creating user guides, training content, and SOPs ● Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and enhancements Technical Oracle HCM Intern ● Work on BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, Extracts & Fast Formulas ● Support integration development under OIC and related tools ● Assist in data migration activities using HDL templates ● Troubleshoot technical issues under the guidelines of senior developers ● Participate in SIT/UAT cycles and validate technical outputs Preferred Skills:Functional Stream ● Interest in HR systems ● Exposure to HR processes or academic HR projectsTechnical Stream ● Basic coding knowledge (SQL/XML, Javascript preferred) ● Familiarity with data structures or cloud concepts What You'll Gain: ● Structured Oracle HCM Cloud training (Technical, Functional & Redwood UX) ● Hands-on OJT under senior consultants ● Opportunity to work on real-world implementation/support projects ● Exposure to industry-leading cloud technologies ● Strong foundation for a long-term consulting career ● Potential full-time conversion based on performance
