Job Title: Content Creator & Stylist – Palmonas Jewellery Department: Social MediaLocation: PuneEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 1–4 years in content creation, fashion styling, or related rolesRole OverviewThe Content Creator & Stylist will be responsible for end-to-end content production including conceptualizing, styling, shooting, editing and publishing content for social media, website and campaigns. This role requires a strong sense of fashion styling, brand understanding, and hands-on content creation skills.Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & ProductionDevelop and execute content concepts for Instagram, YouTube, website, and other social platforms. Plan, shoot and edit product photos, videos, reels and lifestyle content. Ensure consistent brand storytelling and visual identity across all content formats.2. StylingStyle jewellery with outfits for shoots, campaigns, influencer collaborations and e-commerce listings. Curate looks that align with brand aesthetics and seasonal trends. Work with models, photographers, and videographers to deliver high-quality styled content.3. Pre-Production & Shoot ManagementCreate shoot mood boards, concept decks, and shot lists.Manage product organisation, styling pieces, props and location setups. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth shoot execution.4. Social Media SupportCreate engaging reels, stories, and BTS content for daily posting. Identify trends and adapt them to the brand’s voice and product line. Work with the marketing team to meet campaign targets and posting calendars.5. Brand & Product UnderstandingUnderstand product features, materials and USP to highlight them effectively in content.Suggest creative content ideas for new launches, festivals, collaborations and influencer campaigns.Key Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Fashion, Communication, Media, Design, or related fields (preferred).1–4 years of experience in styling, content creation, fashion/e-commerce, or jewellery brands.Strong styling sense and understanding of aesthetics, composition and trends.Proficiency in photo/video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, etc.).Ability to independently handle shoots and manage end-to-end content execution.Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.Comfortable being in front of the camera (optional but preferred).What We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-growing jewellery brand.Creative freedom and involvement in brand-building projects.Collaborative work environment with exposure to fashion, styling, and marketing.Employee discounts and perks.
