Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced and strategic Real-World Evidence (RWE) Analytics professionals to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in real-world data (RWD) analytics, retrospective database studies, and advanced statistical methodologies, with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights to support clinical, medical, and commercial decision-making in global healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will bring experience in RWE, demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, and deliver complex analytics projects with autonomy and precision.Potential responsibilities include (but not limited to):Conduct comprehensive health data analysis across patient charts, claims databases, and electronic hospital records (EHR) to support real-world evidence (RWE) and research and development (R&D) initiativesDevelop and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insightsContribute to retrospective database analyses to support evidence generation for medical affairs, market access, and clinical developmentDraft and review technical reports, abstracts, manuscripts, protocols, SAP (statistics analysis plan) and presentations based on RWE findingsCollaborate cross-functionally to define research questions, study designs, and analytical approachesPresent complex analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and impactful mannerContribute to thought leadership through publications, conference presentations, and internal knowledge sharingEnsure rigorous project management across timelines, budgets, and quality standardsAbility to deliver on projects involving new technologies like Causal Inference, Digital Twins, using Generative AI etc.Required Skills and Capabilities3–8 years of global experience in RWE analytics, healthcare data science, or related fields within life sciences or consultingStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt analytical strategies to evolving business needsDeep understanding of therapeutic areas and disease treatment pathwaysProven ability to lead projects independently and engage key stakeholders effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning (preferred)Technical expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools; familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and WordOrganizational BehaviorsRequires high level of interactive communication and challenges to conceptual thinking as necessaryAbility to influence others at a senior level across the business in order gain commitment to strategyProven teamwork and collaboration skillsWell-developed cultural sensitivityEffectively represents the company externally to key stakeholdersEducational backgroundBachelor’s degree in clinical or biological sciences, engineering, Stats or Operations ResearchMaster’s degree in outcomes research, health economics, econometrics or related fields (Preferred)Life @ AxtriaWe Axtrians, are a passionate bunch who thrive in a culture of collaboration and learning.
