Build and customize Service Portal widgets, themes, and pages to deliver intuitive user experiences. Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with external systems using Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs. Maintain and enhance Catalog Items, Flows, Workflows, UI Policies, and Client/Server scripts. Ensure platform compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test cases. Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments. Required Skills & Experience Experience with ServiceNow platform development. Strong experience in REST/SOAP web services, OAuth, and external system integration. Working experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and AngularJS (for Service Portal widgets). Hands-on experience with Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications. Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, ACLs, and security best practices. Experience in developing responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap. Familiar with Agile/Scrum development lifecycleWhy join us?
