You aren’t just looking for someone to fill seats; you are a talent advisor who understands how to identify "startup DNA." You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn to negotiating offers that win over top talent in a competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Product, Sales, and Ops).Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond job boards. Use Boolean searches, networking, and creative outreach to build a pipeline of diverse, high-caliber passive talent.Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a consultant to leadership. Help define job requirements, calibrate expectations, and provide data-driven updates on the talent market.Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate—regardless of the outcome—has a seamless, transparent, and high-touch experience that reflects our brand values.Process Optimization: As we scale, you’ll help refine our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) workflows, interview rubrics, and onboarding handoffs.Employer Branding: Assist in building our presence on social media and at industry events to make us an "employer of choice."What We’re Looking For2+ Years of Experience: Specifically within a fast-paced startup or a high-growth tech environment.
