Responsibilities include developing and training machine learning models, working on pattern recognition and natural language processing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on software development projects. The engineer will also perform research to enhance AI systems and apply innovative methods for improved performance and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities 3+ years Java & Python experienceStrong Java, Python exp, Preferred to have exp in[Lang Chain, Lang Graph].Hans-On experience with JAVA & Python programing language.Hans-On experience with Prompt Engineering, GPT, LLM Models, RAG, Vector, MCPBe able to provide input and demonstrate Gen AI techniques in development.Should be proactive and suggest improvements or ideas while working on projectsPerform code review and oversight throughout the projectMust be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Identify, resolve, and/or escalate issues to leadership when required.Ability to understand technical design and develop code.Ability to complete work within the given timelines.QualificationsProficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural NetworksStrong foundation in Computer Science and Software DevelopmentExpertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP)Problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement scalable AI solutionsFamiliarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plusStrong communication abilities and adaptability to a remote working environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Mandatory Skills Java Python Prompt Engineering GPT Desired Skills Strong Java, Python exp, Preferred to have exp in[Lang Chain, Lang Graph].Should have knowledge on any one or two of these: Prompt Engineering, GPT, LLM Models, RAG, Vector, MCPGood to have: Multimodal Voice expExp in handling the customers, Good Communicators
