Key Responsibility:Lead the hardware development process from conceptualization and solution architecture to schematic design, PCB layout, and successful mass manufacturing hand-offDevelop system block diagrams and define hardware architecture based on product requirements, selecting optimal microcontrollers (MCUs), microprocessors (MPUs), SoCs, and other critical componentsDesign and validate analog and digital circuits, including power management, MCU/MPU peripherals, and sensor interfacesManage the complete PCB design flow, including schematic capture, component library management, layout execution, and generation of manufacturing files (Gerber, BOM, Pick-and-Place)Integrate and troubleshoot hardware with firmware, utilizing lab equipment such as DSOs, logic analyzers, and function generators to diagnose and resolve issues at the board and system level.Implement and test various communication interfaces, including I2C, SPI, CAN, RS-485, and Ethernet.
