This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee and manage the digital sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include strategizing, guiding the team, resolving customer queries effectively, analyzing sales data to enhance performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance by leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives. This role focuses on achieving individual and team targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring high standards of customer experience and process adherenceResponsibilites - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and improve market penetration.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance against defined KPIs, providing regular feedback, coaching, and corrective actions.Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and process understanding.Analyze sales data, MIS reports, and market trends to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement.Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Credit, and Support to ensure smooth deal closures and disbursals.Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.Key Skills & Competencies - Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skillsProven ability to drive sales performance and achieve targetsAnalytical mindset with experience in MIS, dashboards, and performance trackingExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesHigh level of ownership, accountability, and result orientationQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1.5 years in a team handling or leadership roleExperience in financial services / lending / BFSI (preferred, if applicable)
