As an in-house engineer, you will work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications and internal tools. Your role will span both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration, robust functionality, and a smooth user experience across platforms.Key Responsibilities-Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies-Build responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular-Design and implement scalable back-end services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies-Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services securely and efficiently-Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack-Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional components-Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code-Conduct code reviews and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives-Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack-Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practicesRequired Skills-3-5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role-Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)-Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar-Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL-Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)-Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful API principles-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities-Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Skills-Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or WebSockets-Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)-Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)-Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code-Understanding of security best practices (OWASP, authentication/authorization)-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments-Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growthWhat are we looking for?-Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative and developing development environment-Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and continuous improvement-Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challengesInterested candidates should submit their resume and/or GitHub/portfolio outlining your experience and availability to manya@.
