Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, BMC Remedy, or similar SaaS/PaaS technologies, who is keen to transition into the ServiceNow ecosystem. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring a blend of hands-on development expertise, people management, and stakeholder management.The selected candidate will be provided with structured ServiceNow training and certifications to ensure a smooth and successful transition.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & DeliveryLead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of enterprise platform solutionsReview architecture, integrations, workflows, and custom developmentTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsEnsure best practices, code quality, performance, and security standardsGuide the team on technical decisions and solution approachesPeople ManagementManage and mentor a team of developers / engineersConduct code reviews, technical guidance, and performance feedbackSupport team growth through coaching and skill developmentDrive delivery commitments and ensure team productivityCustomer & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary technical point of contact for customersParticipate in client discussions, requirement workshops, and solution demosManage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updatesHandle escalations and ensure high customer satisfactionServiceNow TransitionUndergo ServiceNow platform training and certificationsApply prior SaaS / PaaS implementation experience to ServiceNow projectsLead ServiceNow module implementations post-transitionDrive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilitiesRequired Skills & Experience8+ years of overall IT experienceStrong experience with Salesforce / Appian / BMC Remedy / similar enterprise platformsSolid hands-on experience in application development and integrationsProven experience in technical leadership and people managementStrong understanding of SaaS / PaaS architecturesExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsExperience working in client-driven / delivery environmentsGood to HavePrior exposure to ITSM / ITOM / Workflow automation toolsExperience handling global clientsAny prior knowledge or exposure to ServiceNowWhat We OfferOpportunity to transition into the ServiceNow ecosystemComprehensive ServiceNow training and certificationsLeadership role with high visibility and customer interactionCollaborative work culture and career growth opportunities
