- Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing/MIS Report, including attendance finalization, salary calculations, deductions - Conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements - Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing and hiring - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, Manpower planning, Budget preparation - Create a culture of Employee engagement, wellbeing, collaboration and teamwork - Oversee and manage a performance management/ appraisal system that drives high performance
