E-commerce Manager – LUNAER New Delhi | On-site Position: E-commerce & Digital Sales Experience: 3–5 Years CTC: 4.8L About LUNAER LUNAER is a high-growth fragrance brand known for premium, long-lasting perfumes crafted to inspire confidence. With a strong presence across Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto & more — we’re scaling fast and building a brand loved across India. We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager who can elevate our marketplace performance, own revenue targets, and lead strategies that accelerate digital growth. Responsibilities - Marketplace Management - Oversee daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto & more - Optimise listings (titles, images, keywords) for visibility + conversions - Improve product ratings, reviews & category positioning - Ensure seamless catalog management & inventory planning - Sales & Revenue Growth - Build & execute marketplace-specific growth strategies - Achieve monthly & quarterly GMV goals - Identify and activate new marketplace opportunities - Lead platform-driven promotions, deals & sales events - Performance Advertising - Manage marketplace ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.) - Optimize ROAS through smart bidding & A/B testing - Collaborate with performance marketing for traffic growth - Operations & Coordination - Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure smooth delivery - Handle returns, escalations & compliance with marketplace policies - Support finance in reconciliation, invoicing & payment tracking - Reporting & Optimization - Track KPIs: GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, return rate, CAC - Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards with actionable insights - Competitive benchmarking & trend analysis to stay aheadRequirement - 3–5 years hands-on marketplace management experience - Proven success in beauty/FMCG/lifestyle categories - Experience managing 5Cr+ annual marketplace revenue - Strong expertise in Seller Central, Myntra & Nykaa portals - Data-savvy, advanced Excel/Sheets knowledge - Familiar with Amazon PPC & tools like Helium 10/Jungle Scout - Analytical mindset, strong communication & ownership attitude - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup Preferred - MBA / Degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce - Experience in Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) - Shopify & D2C experience is a plus - Interest in influencer marketing & social commerce - Why LUNAER? - Competitive pay + performance incentives - Own the e-commerce P&L and drive real business impact - Work closely with founder & leadership - Fast-track career growth in a scaling startup - Freedom to innovate and lead strategies Immediate Joining
