This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 5 years Location: mohali JobType: full-time As a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of cybersecurity project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality service outcomes for global clients. You will coordinate closely with technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure operational excellence across all engagements. This role requires a structured and disciplined approach to managing secure environments, and professionals with experience in Cyber Command are strongly encouraged to apply due to their expertise in handling mission-critical operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities Project Management - Lead cybersecurity projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with project goals. - Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks. - Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication flow seamlessly across teams and clients. Service Delivery - Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations, ensuring SLA adherence and consistent client satisfaction. - Act as the primary escalation point for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining strong relationships. - Ensure delivery standards are met and continuously improved based on client feedback and performance metrics. Team Leadership - Work closely with cross-functional cybersecurity and technical teams to support successful implementation and service operations. - Mentor team members, enabling skill growth, process discipline, and improved service quality. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Process Improvement - Evaluate current processes and implement enhancements to strengthen delivery efficiency and quality. - Introduce best practices across project execution, documentation, reporting, and service operations. - Champion continuous improvement to elevate the overall delivery framework. What Makes You a Great Fit - 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or similar roles, preferably within cybersecurity or IT service management. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, service operations, and structured delivery methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client expectations, and drive projects to successful completion. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk-management skills. - Experience in Cyber Command or similar structured, high-security environments is a strong advantage. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision, discipline, and operational integrity.
