Role Overview This is not a tele-calling or cold-calling role. You will manage qualified inbound leads, run strategic discovery coordination, and ensure seamless proposal handovers by working closely with the Strategy team. The leads are pre-qualified through companies' campaigns, AI tools, demo workflows, and thought leadership efforts. The goal: ensure funnel velocity, timely proposal coordination, and support high-value closures. Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Qualification · Review and qualify inbound leads from marketing, website demos, LLM SEO flows, or founder networks · Score and prioritize leads using firmographics, urgency, and solution fit · Maintain hygiene in CRM (e.G., Zoho) with updated lead stages and notes Discovery, Coordination & Proposal Handoff · Schedule and confirm discovery meetings with Strategy, Product, or Founder · Prepare internal briefs on each lead, industry, persona, past interactions, urgency · Coordinate with the Strategy team to prepare and dispatch tailored proposals, pitch decks, or demos.
