The Human Resources Manager will handle a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth operations of HR functions. Collaborating with management, the HR Manager will work to align human resources strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications - Recruitment and onboarding experience, with proficiency in talent acquisition and selection processes. - Strong knowledge in performance management, employee relations, and workplace conflict resolution. - Skills in developing HR policies, implementing training programs, and promoting workplace culture. - Proficiency in compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices. - Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Experience in the digital or technology industry is an advantage.
