Description Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in a trade marketing, sales, or similar role is beneficial. Role & responsibilities : - Organizing and executing events, such as health camps and community outreach programs. - Building and maintaining relationships with referring clinics, diagnostic centers, and consultants. - Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed. - Ensuring marketing communications are consistent with the hospital's brand and goals. - Managing the creation and distribution of internal newsletters to keep staff informed. - Tracking competitor activity and healthcare industry updates. Preferred candidate profile : - Experience in marketing, with some roles preferring healthcare or hospital experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media strategy. - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
