The role focuses on consultative, inbound sales - understanding customer needs, guiding them through custom furniture options, and converting enquiries into confirmed ordersCompensation and Salary- ₹25,000 fixed salary - 1% commission on sales - Earning potential: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (and higher with performance) - Clear scope to grow with the company as we scaleKey Responsibilities- Handle and convert inbound customer enquiries via calls and WhatsApp - Understand customer requirements, budgets, and timelines - Follow up proactively and own closures end-to-end - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution - Visit factories periodically to gain hands-on product and process understanding - Contribute to improving sales processes and customer experienceQualifications- Strong communication skills and confidence in customer interactions - Experience or interest in sales / business development / inside sales - Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced startup environment - Results-oriented mindset with good organisational skills - Prior experience in furniture, interiors, or home décor is a plus (not mandatory) - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredWhy join Wud-homes- Work closely with founders in an early-stage startup - Learn how custom furniture is designed, sold, and manufactured - Build deep product knowledge, not just sales scripts - Be part of building a design-led, customer-first brand from the ground up .
