- Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned respiratory/dermatology products, therapy areas, clinical data, and competitor landscape. - Provide scientific support to sales teams and HCPs. - Ensure compliance with medical, regulatory, and promotional guidelines.Market Implementation- Support the execution of marketing plans and brand strategies at the field level. - Conduct product demos, CMEs, workshops, and scientific meetings. - Assist in identifying new market opportunities and unmet needs.Sales Support & Collaboration- Work closely with the sales force to achieve brand targets. - Conduct joint field work to reinforce messaging and improve HCP engagement. - Provide product training, refreshers, and onboarding sessions to team members.Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm preferred). - 5–7 years of experience in pharma sales, product management, or medical affairs—preferably in respiratory or dermatology segments. - Strong scientific aptitude and communication skills.
