The Tele-calling Associate will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, communicating effectively with customers, addressing their queries, and providing comprehensive information about the company's products and services. Additional responsibilities may include lead generation, customer follow-ups, and maintaining accurate call records.Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in clear verbal communication and active listening Customer service and relationship management abilities to address queries and resolve issues effectively Basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM tools, and ability to manage and document call-related data Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and manage time effectively under a remote work setting Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain polite and professional under pressure Previous tele-calling, customer support, or sales experience is an added advantageSalary:Base 7000 + 40000 commisions Timing: 11am to 7PM
