Our teams collaborate globally, work with purpose, and perform with consistent excellence.Role Summary:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our top US-based leadership team. This role involves managing multiple calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth and effective communication across internal teams, stakeholders, and executives.The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be adept at managing multiple leadership priorities, and demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and initiative. The ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and diplomatically is critical for success in this high-impact, US night-shift role.Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for multiple senior leaders, ensuring clear communication of timing and priorities - Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership to schedule meetings efficiently and convey information accurately - Organize and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports with clarity and professional communication standards - Record minutes of meetings (MOM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders - Screen, prioritize, and manage emails on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and precise communication - Maintain confidential documentation, correspondence, and records with professional discretion - Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative and project-related tasks while maintaining clear, proactive communication - Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables from meetings, communicating updates effectively to relevant stakeholders - Serve as a key point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, diplomacy, and strong interpersonal communicationRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field - 7+ years of experience supporting executives or leadership teams - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for collaborating with US-based leadership and multiple internal stakeholders - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills - Ability to work independently, proactively, and handle confidential information professionally - Comfortable working in the US Night ShiftPreferred Skills:- Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously - Familiarity with calendar management tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms - Experience in global or multinational organizations - Strong interpersonal skills, diplomatic communication, and ability to manage complex interactions effectively - Solution-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environmentsPerks & Benefits:- Family Health Insurance - Provident Fund benefits - Night Shift Allowance - Safe and reliable cab facility for pickup and drop - Rewards & Recognition programs - Energetic work environment with monthly and quarterly engagement activities
