As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. *Responsibilities:* -Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates -Manage job postings on various platforms, including social media and job boards -Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers and candidates -Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics -Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies -Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures -Provide excellent candidate experience and employer branding *Requirements:* -Minimum Graduate degree in HR or related field -2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment in Real Estate -Experience working with Interior Design or Architecture industry is a plus -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Proficient in MS Office and HR software -Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment *What We Offer:* -Opportunity to grow with a dynamic Interior Design firm -Collaborative and supportive work environment -Training and development opportunities _If you're a motivated HR professional with a passion for recruitment, we'd love to hear from you!_ Looking for candidates with Immediate or less than 30 Days joining.
