The role requires deep expertise in Amazon marketplace operations, performance marketing, catalogue management, and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce ecosystem.Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end Amazon business including sales, revenue, profitability, and market share growth. - Develop and execute Amazon marketplace strategies across categories in Appliances/Consumer Durables. - Manage catalogue creation, optimization, A+ content, brand store, and product launches. - Drive performance through Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD), deals, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. - Monitor and improve conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, and keyword rankings. - Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory planning, availability, and fill rates. - Analyze competition, pricing trends, and customer insights to recommend pricing and assortment strategies. - Track KPIs such as GMV, net margin, TACoS, sell-through, and inventory health. - Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account, listing, or operational issues. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for content, ads, and growth initiatives.Key Requirements- 5–15 years of experience in E‑commerce marketplace management, with strong focus on Amazon. - Proven experience in handling Appliances / Consumer Durables categories. - Strong understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, FBA/FBM models. - Hands-on experience with Amazon advertising, promotions, and analytics tools. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Preferred Skills- Experience in scaling brands on Amazon from mid-size to large scale. - Knowledge of other marketplaces (Flipkart, D2C) is an added advantage. - Exposure to demand planning and supply chain coordination.Compensation- CTC: Up to ₹17 LPA (commensurate with experience and performance)
