The specialist will be responsible for leveraging AI and generative AI technologies to optimize revenue cycle management processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing large datasets to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, developing AI-powered solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to implement workflow enhancements, and staying current on industry advancements. The role demands a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Qualifications- Proficient in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI tools, Machine Learning, and data analysis - Expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare workflows, and process optimization - Strong programming skills, including Python, R, or related programming languages - Experience in working with large datasets, data modeling, and predictive analytics - Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork - Ability to work on-site and willingness to adapt to dynamic environments - Innovative problem-solving skills with a focus on process automation in the healthcare or RCM domain - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Management, or related fields - Knowledge of RCM-related software and tools is a plus
