@ BANGALORE, Sr. VP/ VP HR ( CORPORATE HR) REAL ESTATE required for one of the biggest REAL ESTATE group in IndiaExperience: 23 - 30 yrs / openSalary; INR 72 - 81 Lacs PA / (nego)S/he will be responsible to calibrate & implement most suitable and appropriate HR policies ( Best practices ) across all departments in an OrganizationWill be responsible to drive Transformation, strategies, Policies, L&D in addition to Team building, Talent mapping, Talent retention, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, etc across all departmentsMust be strong in Training, assessing, monitoring, assisting, and driving social & labour performance across all the departmentsWill be required to Lead, develop, train and support the implementation of HR strategies through the respective teams, thus ensuring implementation of ethical and responsible practices and mitigating risks for the staff & work force across all departmentsStrong knowledge in related Rules & regulations is a must to be able to engage & drive continuous improvement strategies in partnership with the industry stakeholders such as Trade Unions / bodies, Accord, Business associations, NGO’s etc. Strengths in handling critical Labor rights cases and facilitate negotiations and resolution of the cases between employers and their representatives as well as workers and their representatives.Creating understanding and close collaborations with the internal and external stakeholders.Must be very confident, intellectual, well spoken & presentable to be able to make presentations at the international forumsExperience in big REAL ESTATE groups is a mustFormal education in HR / MSW or other similar fields from reputed institutes is a must.Must have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.Must have strong people and work management skills.Must be a Strong leader and a team player.Will be reporting to the BoardHR Professionals with extensive experience in REAL ESTATE industry will only qualify for this position.( professionals with no experience in REAL ESTATE are requested not to apply for this position )Profiles can be shared at CAREERMARK@ and JOBSatCAREERMARK@Shortlisted professionals will be called for detailed discussion.Gopaal Kr Saluja ( Ceo / Founder )+ 91 9342509554 (Pls msg if number not reachable)CAREERMARK6"TALENT search cell EXCLUSIVELY for the FASHION Industry WORLD Wide"
