The Guild is also developing a 700,000 sq ft facility dedicated to Upper Stage Engine Testing, which is going to be India’s largest privately developed Engine Testing Facility.The Guild has also built and manufactured India’s First Reusable Rocket Engine.We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join the Hands of the Guild as an Avionics Systems & Integration Engineer.Please apply to the job using the link provided below:Hebbal, BengaluruJob-Type: On-site, Monday - SaturdayRole Summary:- Design & develop avionics systems for Razor crest Mk-1, including control systems, communication systems, and instrumentation. - Collaborate with various teams to define avionics system requirements and specifications. - Hands-on experience with SCADA-based control systems to govern the precise functionality of the ground-based systems throughout their lifecycle.Responsibilities:- Define avionics system architecture using COTS + custom hardware. - Generate system requirements and flow-down to subsystems. - Create and maintain electrical/mechanical Integration documents. - Evaluate COTS avionics suitability and plan transition to custom boards. - Define & conduct qualification plans: thermal, vibration, EMI/EMC, TVAC. - Perform FMEA/FHA and ensure reliability & safety compliance.Qualifications & Required Skills:- Strong interdisciplinary understanding of electronics, embedded systems, sensors, and power. - Experience producing requirements, ICDs, block diagrams, and verification plans. - Knowledge of CAN, UART, RS-422, Ethernet, timing and data budgets. - Understanding of EMI/EMC, thermal constraints, vibration environments. - Familiarity with Aviation standards such as DO-160, ECSS, MIL-STD-461. - Bachelor's or higher degree in ECE, Avionics, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in avionics within aerospace industries. - Experience in Model Based Design (MATLAB) and EM Field Solvers(Ansys or similar software). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Experience:- Master's in ECE , Avionics or a related field. - Extensive experience in designing avionics systems for space missions. - Familiarity with industry-standard avionics firmware and related processes. - Published research or contributions to avionics technology.
