We are scaling aggressively across retail in Tamil Nadu, and strong on-ground execution is critical to this growth.The RoleWe are hiring Sales Officers to drive retail execution and sales across assigned territories. This is a field-focused role responsible for outlet coverage, distributor execution, and consistent secondary sales.Locations will be assigned based on business requirements across Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, and Pondicherry.What you will be responsible for- You will drive secondary sales across your assigned territory. - You will ensure regular beat coverage and productive store visits. - You will improve availability by placing orders, following up with distributors, and reducing stock-outs. - You will execute in-store visibility and merchandising as per company plans. - You will collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and schemes. - You will coordinate closely with the distributor sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets. - You will maintain basic reporting and sales hygiene.What we expect from you- You have prior experience in FMCG retail sales or field sales roles. - You are comfortable working on the ground and visiting stores daily. - You understand basic retail sales metrics such as secondary sales and outlet coverage. - You are disciplined, consistent, and reliable in execution. - You are comfortable working in any of the listed locations based on requirement.
