We are hiring for TOP MNC for Senior Business Analyst.Note- Qualification Required:Bachelor’s Degree required in a quantitative background such as: Engineering, Economics, Statistics/MBA Degree Strongly Preferred.State level – Tier 1 institutions/ National, Deemed – Tier 2 institutions (Ex: VIT, Manipal, SRM, IIITs, newer IITs/NITs/ State government Eng colleges)Experience Industries from-Fintech (Credit, BNPL, Lending platforms) – Highly Preferred, Mortgage/Home, Auto financing risk assessment roles, risk assesment roles in Commercial/ Residential REITs, Risk modelling/ Data science roles in BFSI domainLocation - BangaloreExperience - 6 - 10 YearsSalary- Max 29LPANotice Period - Immediate - 15Days max.Shift - Flexible to work in shifts (4PM: 1AM)Please Note- Work from office/HybridSkills Required- 5+ years performing analysis by developing queries and extracting actionable insights - Must have stakeholder management experience.Technical:- SQL – develop complex queries for analysis - Excel - proficiency with pivot tables and lookups - Python – manipulate data frames and apply functions - Strong verbal, written, and visual communication - Demonstrated track record of prioritizing, multitasking, and managing multiple projects/assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines - Adept at gathering, aggregating, cleaning, and validating data from multiple disparate sources - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to “think outside the box” - Develops a deep and cross-functional understanding of resident screening (i.e. product, operations, policy design) - Uses SQL to gather data from data warehouses and business intelligence tools - Performs ad-hoc data analyses to detect performance patterns and trends, make projections, and optimize trade-offs; interprets and uses findings to recommend improvements to resident screening policy intent and process - Performs root cause analyses to understand the drivers of resident screening and occupancy outcomes (i.e. KPI Monitoring/Ownership) - Prepares presentations/decks that are shared with an executive audience - Continuously and proactively identifies opportunities to improve data and process integrity; works closely with the Data Quality and Operations teams to recommend changes to data capture and source systems that improve data - As a member of the Analytics team, this role will have exposure to initiatives outside of the Risk function and may be expected to support those projects and stakeholders as neededInterested candidates please share resume on below detailsShare CV on: Amzad@Call to: Amzad Ali - 9900024952
