The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with accounting software, and a good understanding of SEZ processes and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Payroll and Reimbursement Support- Manage employee onboarding tasks – (Salary account opening, PF, Medical Insurance, other forms). - Preparing master data of new joiners. - Handling PF related Queries. - Support payroll processing and assist in preparing salary-related entries. - Verification of employee reimbursements and processing. - Verification of employee tax proofs. - Preparing monthly data for Employee medical insurance.Accounting & Bookkeeping- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. - Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS.Accounts Payable & Receivable- Verify vendor bills, process payments, and manage vendor reconciliations. - Track credit/debit notes and perform regular ledger reconciliations.SEZ (Special Economic Zone) Compliance- Coordinate with SEZ authorities, Development Commissioner’s office, and Customs for approvals, clarifications, and submissions. - Manage SEZ unit operations including Bond Register, Assets Tracking, and Reconciliation of Import/Procurement under SEZ benefits. - Ensure compliance with SEZ rules and regulations for procurement, exports, and service delivery. - Support in obtaining, renewing, and tracking SEZ-related permissions, exemptions, and licenses.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance (, , MBA Finance preferred). - 1–4 years of experience in accounting roles; exposure to SEZ compliance is preferred. - Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles. - Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. - Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and time-management abilities.Preferred Skills- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) - Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). - Experience in IT/ITES or SEZ-based companies.
