Backed by Google, led by experienced entrepreneurs (Harvard, Oxford, Booth Alumni), and trusted by the financial service giants- this is your chance to work at the heart of AI revolution.Role Overview: We’rebuilding out our enterprise Customer Success functionand are looking for someone to take a high-ownership role shaping how we work with large customers as we scale.The role involves working closely with the VP of Customer Success on enterprise customer strategy, CS playbooks, and process building, while being the face of the Fundamento for key enterprise accounts.What the role entails: OwnTier1 enterprise accountsas the single point of ownership Driveproject executionfrom scratch: rollout, scale, outcomes Build strong relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders Identify expansion opportunities and deliver measurable ROI Createsimple playbooks and processesas we scale Mentor CSAs and handle escalations Work closely with founders and the VP of Customer Success on new initiatives.Desired candidate profile: 3–7 yearsin Customer Success, Account Management, Founders’ Office, OR, enterprise-facing roles Experience handlingcritical / high-stake enterprise stakeholderswith maturity and ownership Strong execution mindset; comfortable building things inambiguous startup environments Data-comfortable (Excel / Sheets, basic reporting & insights) Ability tolead, mentor, and raise the barfor junior team members Highlearnability, adaptability, and flexibilityin fast-moving customer setups FinTech / SaaS exposure is a plus, not a mustWhat We Offer High-Impact Work:Directly shape how some of India’s top lenders engage with millions of customers through AI voice agents.
