Job Title: Assistant ManagerLocation – ManesarExperience 6 to 13 years Department Name: R&D Key Responsibilities Handling Key Supplier for Electronics Development New Projects of Gear Shifter Development the assembly line, ICT & FCT fixture for New Projects Directing all electronic project APQP schedules for new project like PCB Assembly Prototype Development for New Projects and New Technology Root Cause Analysis of Field & Customer returned part and take Corrective & Preventive Actions Provide support to supplier for PCB Manufacturing Co-ordinate with the supplier for PCB Assembly PPAP Capable of PCB designing, Designed S220 PCB Prepare documents for PCB assembly, schematics and fabrications using OrCAD/ Altium tool BOM creation, Cost Calculation and Gerber Data Creation Root Cause Analysis of Field & Customer returned part and take Corrective & Preventive Actions Participate in Design reviews of new design and Prepare DFMEA document Samples arrange for the new development of GSL Ensuring mitigation of risk to project timeline, quality & cost Benchmarking of Gear Shifter. Conduct testing & evaluation of the product Part of Functional Safety, Documentation and customer interaction Qualification B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Skills PCB Design Cadence – OrCAD version 17.2, 17.4 & Altium, PCB Fabrication & Assembly Processes, PPAP, PFMEA and DFMEA, New Product Development, Testing, Application Engineering, Failure Analysis Specific Requirement Training Required of FuSa, Cybersecurity, LIN Communication.
