Over the decades, it has built a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial and township developments — from high-end luxury towers to integrated townships and mid-income housing — across major cities including Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and even in London.Roles and Responsibilities :- Maintain landscapes post-project handover. - Prepare and monitor operational schedules in accordance with SOPs. - Interpret drawings, estimate requirements, and prepare requisitions. - Coordinate with architects, project teams, suppliers, vendors, management, and customers to ensure work is delivered with the highest standards of aesthetics and quality. - Oversee maintenance operations and prepare scopes of work tailored to site and other conditions. - Possess strong subject knowledge, including propagation techniques and plant protection. - Maintain on-site tree inventory and execute tree transplanting and cutting works in compliance with local authority requirements. - Control costs through in-house propagation and by minimizing reworks and wastage. - Maintain work records and verify contractor invoices for quantities and other necessary documentation. - Document daily works, machinery used, and materials consumed on site.Required Skills :- Horticulture - Maintenance - Plant Propagation - Aesthetics Management
