Hiring: OneStream Technical Lead | BangaloreWe are looking for a OneStream Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and support of enterprise-grade OneStream XF solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on technical expertise and experience leading financial consolidation, planning, and reporting implementations.Location: BangaloreExperience: 8-12 years (minimum 3+ years hands-on with OneStream)Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting - Develop and maintain OneStream business rules, dashboards, cube views, and workflow automation - Implement and configure OneStream XF Marketplace solutions - Design and optimize data integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and data warehouses - Manage connectors, data sources, and transformation rules - Ensure strong data validation, reconciliation, and audit controls - Troubleshoot technical and functional issues; resolve performance bottlenecks - Mentor junior developers and functional consultants - Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery - Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and SOPsPreferred Qualifications- OneStream Certification (OCP / OCA) – good to have - Prior experience with Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase) or SAP BPC - Exposure to cloud-based OneStream implementationsRequired Skills- Strong technical and analytical skills in OneStream XF - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to lead a technical team in an Agile environment - Strong documentation and training capabilitiesWhy Join?- Work on enterprise-scale financial transformation programs - High visibility role with ownership of end-to-end OneStream solutions - Collaborative, growth-oriented environment with global exposureWrite to namitha@ to connected
