Job Title : Sales Executive – Mutual Funds Location : Ahmedabad (505, Samruddhi Complex, Near C.U. Shah College, Opp. Sakar‑3, Income Tax, Ahmedabad) Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in sales of financial products (mutual funds preferred) Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head – Investments Employment Type : Full‑time About Jinen Fincap Pvt. Ltd. Jinen Fincap is a financial services company helping clients plan their financial future and invest “in the right direction”. Their services include mutual funds, LIC (insurance) and general insurance. They emphasize personalised investment strategy: meeting the client, understanding client needs, then making suggestions. As a Sales Executive in this environment, you will be key in driving growth of the mutual fund vertical and building strong client relationships. Role and Key Responsibilities ● Identify, approach and acquire new clients for mutual fund investments (retail / HNI segments) ● Conduct client meetings to understand their financial goals, risk‑profile and investment horizon, aligning with the company’s process: meet → understand → suggest. ● Present and explain various mutual fund schemes, SIPs, lumpsum opportunities, and how they align with client goals. ● Drive ongoing relationship management: follow‑up on leads, cross‑sell additional mutual fund/insurance products, ensure KYC & documentation completion. ● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (units, value of AUM, number of new clients) and contribute to the firm’s growth trajectory. ● Work closely with internal team (investment advisors, operations, KYC team) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. ● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and report daily/weekly to Sales Manager. ● Keep updated with latest mutual fund industry developments, scheme launches, regulatory changes and use this knowledge to advise clients effectively. ● Participate in investment‑awareness programs and assist in organising client events or seminars as the firm supports such initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Commerce, Business Management or equivalent) ● Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services (mutual funds/ investments preferred) ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with clients ● Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets ● Good understanding of mutual fund products, market dynamics, SIP vs lumpsum investments ● Self‑motivated, result‑oriented with high energy and drive to win in a competitive environment ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team; comfortable handling end‑to‑end sales process ● Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM/sales pipeline tools ● Valid registration/licence if required (AMFI certificate or pursuing it would be a strong plus) ● Based in or willing to commute within Ahmedabad; ready for client visits and field work.
