Role: SAP CS ConsultantExperience: 8+ YearsLocation: BengaluruJob Description:Key Responsibilities- Implementation & Configuration - Configure SAP CS module including Service Orders, Notifications, Warranties, and Contracts. - Set up integration with related modules (SD, MM, FI, PM). - Define organizational structures for Customer Service processes. - Customize pricing, billing, and resource-related billing for service orders. - Business Process Design - Analyze client requirements and design end-to-end Customer Service processes. - Map business processes to SAP CS functionalities. - Prepare functional specifications for custom developments. - Integration & Interfaces - Ensure seamless integration with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FI (Finance). - Master Data Management - Maintain customer master, material master, and equipment master data. - Configure serial number management and warranty tracking. - Service Management - Implement Service Contracts, Service Orders, and Service Notifications. - Configure resource-related billing and settlement processes. - Handle warranty claims and returns management. - Testing & Documentation - Prepare test scripts and conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing. - Document configurations, processes, and user manuals. - Support & Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, Warranties. - Familiarity with pricing, billing, and resource-related billing. - Good understanding of SAP SD, MM, FI integration. - Ability to write functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP team. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Preferred Skills- Exposure to S/4HANA Service Management. - Knowledge of Fiori apps related to Customer Service. - Experience in Implementation projects or system upgrades. - Experience in Advance Return ManagementTraining - Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues. - Conduct end-user training and workshops.Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of SAP CS module and its integration points
