In this role, you will oversee the entire cost management process across all project phases — from pre-tender to execution. You will be responsible for driving tendering strategy, ensuring cost optimization, maintaining financial control, and upholding documentation and compliance standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring commercial efficiency, project profitability, and alignment with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets based on design drawings and scope requirements. - Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing before tendering and vendor engagement. - Oversee project cost control throughout the lifecycle — from budgeting and tendering to final reconciliation. - Develop and maintain a strong vendor and subcontractor network, ensuring robust comparative analysis and value-driven selection. - Conduct periodic financial reviews, identify variances, and implement corrective measures to ensure budget adherence. - Ensure complete documentation and compliance with design, legal, and contractual standards as per company policy. - Provide strategic insights and value engineering recommendations to enhance cost efficiency and project delivery. - Maintain updated knowledge of materials, finishes, fixtures, and construction technologies used in workplace interiors. - Track market price fluctuations and prepare budgetary impact reports. - Evaluate alternative materials and methodologies for cost efficiency.What We’re Looking For- A qualified QS professional with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the building and construction industry, Workplace Interiors specifically. - Proven expertise in corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects, with strong commercial and technical understanding. - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. - Sound knowledge of trades, materials, and subcontractor management relevant to interior fit-outs. - Proficiency with digital tools, cost management software, and reporting platforms. - Ability to work with teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on value creation and client satisfaction. - A strong alignment with the company’s core values — Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.Desired Skills and ExperienceBOQs, Quantity Estimation Work, vendor managementIf you are passionate about shaping the future of workplaces and have the experience to deliver impactful design solutions, apply now on LinkedIn or send your portfolio and resume to hr@.
