This is a target-driven, customer-facing role requiring strong communication and sales skills.Responsibilities- Communicate with customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads - Understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities - Respond to customer queries and share relevant information via email and calls - Explain and demonstrate program features and benefits clearly - Maintain accurate records of current and prospective customers in the CRM system - Stay updated on product offerings, services, and ongoing updates - Research, identify, and qualify new leads - Upsell relevant products and services where appropriate - Track and analyse competing products and services - Close sales and consistently achieve assigned sales targetsQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline - Relevant experience in sales, customer engagement, or program advisory roles is preferredRequired Skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Customer handling and relationship management - Sales and persuasion skills - Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions - Experience with CRM tools - Target-oriented mindsetPreferred Skills- Prior experience in inside sales, education sales, or program counselling - Knowledge of lead generation and qualification - Upselling and cross-selling experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
