The responsibilities include assisting customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored recommendations in wallcoverings, furnishings & floorings. The role requires achieving sales targets, demonstrating product knowledge, and building strong customer relationships. The Showroom Sales Specialist will collaborate with other team members to create an excellent customer experience.Qualifications- Experience in showroom operations and a customer-facing environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach - Proficient in customer service and able to resolve queries effectively - Experience in sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets - Familiarity with interior design concepts and products is highly preferred - Enthusiastic and professional attitude with attention to detail - Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent in a related field
