Job Title

The ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role ensures system availability, data integrity, user support, security, and continuous improvement to support business operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities- Administer, monitor, and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and uptime - Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security controls - Configure ERP modules as per business requirements (Finance, HR, Inventory, Academics, etc.) - Provide first- and second-level support to ERP users and resolve system issues - Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for upgrades, patches, and enhancements - Ensure data accuracy, backups, disaster recovery, and system audits - Prepare and maintain ERP documentation, SOPs, and user manuals - Train end users and provide ongoing system guidance - Monitor system logs, performance metrics, and usage reports - Support integration of ERP with other business systems (CRM, payroll, BI tools, etc.) - Assist management with ERP reports, dashboards, and analytics - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 3–5 years of experience in ERP administration or support - Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Tally, or similar - Strong understanding of business processes and workflows - Knowledge of databases, SQL, and system integrations - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Good communication and documentation skills - Ability to work with cross-functional teamsPreferred Skills- ERP certification (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft / Odoo) - Experience in ERP implementation or migration projects - Knowledge of cloud-based ERP environments - Basic understanding of cybersecurity and access control
