Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Research and understand complex technical concepts, products, and processes to produceaccurate, well-structured, and easily digestiblecontent. Develop and write user manuals, technical guides, FAQs, and other instructional materials. Create engaging blog posts, articles, sales enablement collateral, and case studies,tailoring the narrative to distinct audience segments. Translate highly technical jargon intoclear, concise, and grammatically impeccable languagethat simplifies difficult concepts. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information and ensure technical accuracy. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and strict adherence to brand voice and style guidelines. Develop and write high-convertinglanding page copyspecifically designed to capture leads or drive product sign-ups. Provide essential content support forproduct launches and GTM initiatives , ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Content Scaling (1=0 & 1=n): Implement 1=0 (single-source) content strategies to efficiently manage core technical descriptions, ensuring consistency across all assets. Employ 1=n (many-output) content strategies by repurposing foundational content (e.g., a technical guide) into multiple formats like blog posts, social media threads, and email snippets to maximize reach and efficiency. Support MarTech initiatives(e.g., implementing marketing automation sequences, updating content in CRM tools) to improve content delivery workflows. Support Event marketing : Collaborate with event, sales, and product teams to ensure all event-related content aligns with GTM goals and drives engagement, lead capture, and brand visibility. Strategically useAI/LLM models (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)for content ideation, drafting support, summarization, repurposing, and efficiency gains, while maintaining 100% factual accuracy and brand voice. Optimize content for SEO where applicable, ensuring higher visibility and audience reach. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) to inform future strategy. Develop and implement content strategies aligned with overarching business andmarketing goals(e.g., lead generation, brand authority). Execute content publishing across multiple platforms(WordPress, LinkedIn, social media) including scheduling, formatting, and platform-specific optimization. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical communication.Required Qualifications:Core Experience: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). 3+ years of professional experiencein a dedicated Technical Writing, Technical Content Marketing, or Content Strategy role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or Technology environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional clarity in both technical documentation and marketing content.Essential Skills & Knowledge: Exceptional Writing Prowess:Proven ability to create compelling, actionable content for both expert and lay audiences. Advanced Marketing Acumen:Deep understanding of inbound marketing, content funnels, and conversion optimization, especially for landing pages. MarTech Familiarity:Experience working with and contributing content withinMarketing Technology (MarTech) platforms(e.g., CRM, marketing automation). AI Proficiency:Practical experience usingGenerative AI/LLM modelsto enhance content creation speed and efficiency, combined with strong editing and fact-checking skills. Strategic Content Scaling:Working knowledge and practical application of1=0 (single-sourcing)and1=n (content repurposing)models. Product Launch Expertise:Experience providing content support for majorGo-to-Market (GTM)strategies and product rollouts. SEO & Analytics:Proficiency in technical SEO, keyword research, and using analytics tools. CMS Proficiency:Expert use ofWordPress, Webflow, Framer, Ghost, Substackand excellent knowledge of optimizing content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.Attributes: A genuine passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning complex products and emerging industry trends quickly, including the latest in AI. Strategic thinking with the ability to connect content production to larger business objectives.
