Key Responsibilities:● Lead and mentor backend developers, enforcing best practices and qualitystandards.● Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js andNest.js.● Manage Agile projects, coordinate sprints, and ensure timely delivery.● Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams for seamless integration.● Conduct code reviews, optimize backend performance, and implement security bestpractices.● Identify risks and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.Required Skills:● 9+ years in backend development with strong Node.js, Nest.js, JavaScript/TypeScriptskills.Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.● Familiarity with databases (MySQL, NoSQL), CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms(AWS/GCP).● Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, Confluence.Excellent communication and team management skills.Preferred:PMP/CSM certification, serverless experience, and frontend knowledge.
