Digital Marketing Manager cum TrainerLOCATION - BHOPAL (Onsite)SALARY 4- 6 LPA3–6 Years (Digital Marketing + Training)We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager cum Trainer who can lead marketing campaigns, build brand presence, generate leads, and train students/professionals with industry-relevant digital marketing skills. This role blends hands-on execution + classroom training.Digital Marketing (Manager Role)- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn). - Develop and manage SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email & Content Marketing strategies. - Track KPIs like leads, CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and prepare weekly/monthly reports. - Manage website optimisation, landing pages, funnels, and marketing automation tools. - Collaborate with sales & design teams for campaign creatives and lead nurturing. - Stay updated with the latest AI tools, trends, and platform algorithm changes.Training & Mentorship (Trainer Role)- Deliver classroom / online training on Digital Marketing concepts and tools. - Train students on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Content & Analytics. - Conduct live campaigns, case studies, assignments, and capstone projects. - Guide students on portfolio building, freelancing, interviews & certifications. - Update course curriculum as per industry trends and tools. - Evaluate student performance and provide personalised feedback.-Technical Skills- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads - SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical) - Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console - Email Marketing & CRM Tools - Content & Social Media Strategy - AI Marketing Tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools)Soft Skills- Strong communication & presentation skills - Ability to explain complex concepts simply - Leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration - Data-driven decision makingQualification:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field - Digital Marketing Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot – preferred) - Prior experience in EdTech / Training Institute is a plusWhat we offer:- Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives - Opportunity to build future-ready digital marketers - Hands-on exposure to live projects and campaigns - Career growth in both management and training
