Job Title: Associate – Order to Cash (OTC) Billing & Collections SupportJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate – OTC Billing & Collections Support to join our Order to Cash team. The role focuses on supporting end-to-end billing, collections, and customer onboarding processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant revenue operations.Key Responsibilities- Execute billing activities with a strong understanding of business models, products, and revenue impact. - Act as the first line of contact for customer queries regarding invoices, billing statements, and payments; resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters. - Manage customer onboarding and maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP (SAP) systems. - Support product setup across billing systems, coordinating with relevant teams for approvals and accuracy. - Assist in collecting and tracking tax documentation (W8/W9, Form 10F, PE Certificates) and liaise with Tax & Treasury for compliance. - Support audits by providing necessary records and ensuring timely closure of audit items. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancement. - Maintain SOPs, process maps, and RACI matrices; provide regular updates and dashboards to leadership. - Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Finance, and Collections teams to resolve issues and expedite billing processes.Required Skills & Experience- 3–5 years of experience in Order to Cash, Billing, or Collections in a global environment. - Strong knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills. - Strong stakeholder and customer management abilities. - Exceptional written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.Qualifications- Graduate in Finance; MBA preferred. - Specialization in Order to Cash or Order Management processes.
