The Hotel Receptionist will handle day-to-day operations at the front desk, such as managing check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, handling phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries. The role requires exceptional customer service skills to ensure a seamless and pleasant guest experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and assisting guests with special requests.Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Reservations to efficiently manage front desk operations and systems. Excellent Phone Etiquette for professional and courteous communication over calls. Organization and problem-solving abilities to manage guest requests and ensure a smooth workflow. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management software, are advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required. A hospitality-related certification is a plus.
