We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead brand building,customer engagement, and multi-channel growth for one of India’s leading jewellery houses. TheCMO will be the architect of marketing excellence—crafting a globally trusted brand, scaling bothoffline and online channels, and embedding technology, automation, and AI into marketingexecution.This role demands resilience in a fast-evolving luxury market, an execution-first mindset, and a deepunderstanding of digital and physical consumer journeys. From expanding retail presence in primelocations and airports to accelerating online jewellery sales, the CMO will drive innovation,influence, and measurable growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing & Insights Define and execute a data-driven marketing roadmap aligned with business growth goals. Leverage analytics, AI, and automation to predict consumer trends and outpace competitors. Continuously evaluate market dynamics to refine positioning and maximize brand edge.Brand Development & Storytelling Position the brand as a global benchmark in jewellery, highlighting heritage, craftsmanship,and trust. Build campaigns that resonate across cultures and demographics, fueling aspiration andloyalty. Maintain consistent premium messaging across retail, digital, and experiential platforms.Digital & E-commerce Growth Drive online retail expansion, particularly for small-ticket, fast-moving jewellery categories. Implement omni-channel strategies ensuring a seamless transition between online andoffline experiences. Use AI-led personalization, CRM, and marketing automation to enhance conversions andretention.Retail Expansion & Business Developmentpg. 2 Identify and secure high-potential retail locations, including airports and premium hubs. Lead new store rollouts, pop-ups, and exhibitions that reinforce luxury positioning. Balance scale with profitability through smart market entry strategies.Influencer & Event Strategy Forge collaborations with celebrities, influencers, and cultural icons that amplify brandpresence. Oversee participation in high-profile national and international exhibitions, deliveringimmersive experiences.Customer Engagement & Loyalty Build loyalty programs powered by insights and personalization. Create premium customer journeys that deepen emotional connection and repeat purchases.Financial & ROI Management Manage the marketing budget with discipline, focusing on ROI and sustainable growth. Continuously optimize spend across digital, retail, and experiential channels. Leverage analytics to track customer journeys and improve NPS and repeat purchase rates.Attributes of the Ideal CandidateKey Quality: MBA in Marketing (Tier-1/Top institutes preferred). 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles inluxury retail, jewellery, or allied industries. Strong record in building premium brands, leading digital campaigns, and growing e-commerce sales. Expertise in omni-channel strategy, customer insights, and experiential marketing. Adept at scaling marketing through technology, automation, and data analytics.Desired Attributes Resilient leader who thrives in high-growth, competitive environments. Visionary thinker with an execution-first approach. Skilled collaborator with a flair for managing high-profile partnerships. Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and aspirations. Confident in driving innovation at the intersection of retail and technology.What We Offer A leadership mandate to shape a globally recognized jewellery brand. Competitive pay package with growth-linked incentives. A culture of innovation, agility, and excellence. The opportunity to lead transformative projects in luxury retail.
