Job Title: Admission CounsellorCompany: Unacademy Location: Ujjain, Madhya PradeshJob SummaryThe Admission Counsellor at Unacademy is responsible for guiding students and parents about Unacademy's courses, helping them choose the right programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with students.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents about Unacademy courses (online/offline)Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leadsUnderstand student needs and recommend suitable coursesExplain course details, fee structure, offers, and admission processFollow up with prospective students to ensure enrollmentMaintain accurate student data and records in CRM systemsAchieve monthly admission and revenue targetsCoordinate with academic and operations teamsParticipate in marketing events, seminars, and career guidance sessionsProvide post-admission support to students when requiredRequired Skills & QualificationsGraduation in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong convincing and counselling abilitiesCustomer-oriented and target-driven mindsetBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperienceFresher or 1–3 years of experience in education sales, counselling, or admissions preferredAdditional RequirementsWillingness to work flexible hours during admission seasonsPositive attitude and professional behaviorLocal language proficiency (Hindi) preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary + performance-based incentivesCareer growth opportunities with UnacademyTraining and development programs
